We make every day New Year’s Eve at fusion grill, and once again we’re featuring something truly remarkable.

Raspberry Point OystersThis year we will feature Raspberry Point Oysters. We visited the clean, cool waters of the Prince Edward Island National Park where the Raspberry Point Oysters grow in 2014 and decided there and then we must get some for our restaurant patrons. They have a wonderful salty taste, clean flavor with a delightful sweet finish.
