fusion grill is a casual fine dining restaurant that provides guests with a uniquely Manitoba dining experience.
Chef Lorna Murdoch uses local ingredients to create a stunning array of global flavours, colours & textures that reflect the vast ethnic landscape of Canada’s most culturally diverse province. That’s the ‘fusion’ in fusion grill.
Friendly knowledgeable servers guide you through the Boreal forest, northern lakes, wetlands & grand prairie with a menu that doesn’t just feature local, but rather the best, fresh local ingredients, purchased direct from farm families, foragers & fisher folk.
The Cuvee Award winning wine list includes rare & highly prized labels from B.C., Ontario & Nova Scotia with a variety available by the glass. The bar features Manitoba’s flourishing cool craft brewers & distillers. Locally produced shrubs & bitters are combined to make tasty cocktails with or without alcohol.
Here ‘glocal’ dishes feature game & fish, but also creative gluten free & vegan selections with prairie pulses, foraged mushrooms & berries. Your health & the health of our planet are major considerations when sourcing the food we serve. Natural, organic, sustainability & animal care are all a big part of the ethos at fusion grill. You are going to love your food.
The dining room is very comfortable with linens & crystal stemware. Local art by Kirsten Britt-Hanson adorns the walls & is available for purchase. The ambiance is enhanced by music from Winnipeg & Canadian artists, as well as, recent upgrades to the heating, ventilation & air conditioning
