Annual Summer Vacation (July 22 to August 6, 2012)

Well the “Gone Fishing” sign is up at fusion grill with Chef Lorna going east and Scot going west. We’ll be back from our annual summer vacation with all sorts of tasty treats on August 7, 2012.

Roast Ginseng-fed Manitoba Chicken with popped wild rice aioli, pickled asparagus, cashews and apple rolled in a flax seed tortilla. Served with your choice of crispy yam frites, soup of tomorrow, Caesar or locally grown green salad ……………..$10 plus tax.
