The Manitoba Food Producers Association presented the TASTE Awards on February 25, a celebration of local foods at the Breezy Bend Golf and Country Club. fusion grill was honoured with the 2015 Local Favourite Restaurant Award in recognition of the restaurant’s commitment of Manitoba Made food. MFPA’s Executive Director Dave Shambrook presented the award telling the audience that fusion grill was fresh and local long before it became cool.
The TASTE Awards also honour Outstanding Employees, Service, Innovation, Company of the Year, Rising Star and the Best New Product. fusion grill’s owner, Scot McTaggart is a judge for the Best New Product Award and this year the top three winners were:
