Black Morels on the Menu
This years harvest of wild morel mushrooms is proving to be a bountiful one. We received 11 lbs of delicious fresh black morels at the restaurant this afternoon and are expecting more everyday. Morel Hunter, Jacques, has been foraging these beauties for ten years and anticipates the big yellow morels (1/2 lb each) to be ready for harvest in 6 to 10 days.
