Our Cuvee Award winning wine list includes a dozen new labels. Guests must try the rare Kew Estate, old vines Marsanne on it’s own or paired with the white truffle perogies. Excite your senses & desires with the 2015 Tantalus Riesling. A powerful fruit explosion with tingly effervescent acidity for great poise. We have 4 big new reds on the list from Burrowing Owl Estate Winery. The Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Merlot & the ‘Athene’ a bold Cabernet Sauvignon / Syrah blended in honour of the wise warrior goddess.

Manitoba’s newest GIN arrived this fall from White Moose Distillers. Taste the botanicals in a bone dry, icy martini or with Walter’s Craft Caesar Mix to create an all-natural, better tasting culinary cocktail. Also on the bar, in honour of the NHL Alumni Hertage Classic being played here this October, fusion grill is featuring No. 99 Red Cask Canadian Whisky made by Master Distiller, Joshua Beach. “What’s truly exciting is we are using oak wine barrels from our red wines to finish the whisky for a really smooth and refined taste” said Wayne Gretzky.
